1.田螺买回来在清水里养一夜,吐脏东西,期间还要换几个次清水

2.养好的田螺用刷子刷干净表面的污渍,如图,拿起剪去尾部

4.把剪好尾部的田螺反复在水里清洗,直到水不在混浊

6.放入辣椒超出辣味

7.放入田螺翻炒,加入白酒(去腥),盐,味极鲜调味,加入没过田螺的开水,大火收汁,放入白糖(提鲜)
